ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Acquiring understanding of business requirements and objectives, and to align HR objectives and personnel flows with these objectives.
2 Devise and implement human resources strategies for recruitment and selection, retention, incentive systems, compensation and benefits, talent management, training etc.
3 Establish and maintain recruitment to the growth of the organization and contribute to business goals.
4 Developing and implementing integration and orientation programs for new hires.
5 Challenge the organization to ensure continuous improvement and upgrading of talent processes and organization performance.
6 Ensure reward programs are competitive in the market and aligned to the business needs of the company.
7 Provide professional C&B analysis and report to top management team for C&B review and adjustment.
8 Work with the relevant local Labor Bureau and other government authority to ensure legal compliance.
9 Manage talent management cycle ensuring that all steps followed up.
10 Lead the development of the training matrix and reviews with the management staff on regular basis; analyze training needs and support learning solutions for all direct and indirect employees.
11 Manage people reward and recognition program and activity.
12 Enhance communication channel with management and staff, improve employee satisfaction.
13 Make sure all administrative & H.R. activities conform to Local law and Corporate policies.
14 Manage and provide departmental guidelines and directives of HR department and employees.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
1. Education background: university degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent field preferred.
2. Working experience: 8 years experience working in a enterprise environment; a minimum of 5+ years of previous experience in Human Resources Management.
3 Strong people management and interpersonal skills
4 Familiar with Labor Law and local regulations
5. Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
6. Good computer management skills
7. Must be able to make decisions timely and effectively and provide direction to subordinates.
8 Should be analytical in decision making and be able to represent the companies interests at all times.
