Major Responsibilities/Activities:?This position is responsible for testing the necessary in-coming material, in process, and finished products as prescribed in the various quality procedures and assuring specifications, quality guidelines and release schedule are met. ?Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the followings. Other Duties may be assigned according to the needs of the comany or function. ?l? Responsible for implementing routine activities in analytical laboratory?n? Perform analytical tests strictly following test procedures and test schedule.n? Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and calibration management for analytical laboratory instrument.n? Involve in lab investigation on out of specification cases (OOS), and implement CAPA effectively.n? Strictly follow the guidance? to perform good lab practices, and forward any opportunities to improve GLP program.n? Maintain/ Review analytical laboratory documents and records.?n? Perform analytical test method and test instrument validation, and test method transfer.n? Work with other colleagues on trouble shooting of the test methods and instrument operation.n? Assist Lab supervisor to do the lab management.?l? EHS?n? Follow all EHS rules and procedures for QA department.n? Report any EHS incidents and/or Near Misses (unsafe acts and conditions) promptly to supervision.n? Attend all required training and medical surveillance programs.n? Wear all PPE as required.n? Propose any opportunities to improve the EHS program to supervision.?REQUIREMENTS:?l Industry experiences: Sound knowledge of analytical analysis and chemistry.?l Position experiences: Analytical test experience: 1 year or above. Be familiar with analytical tests (including protein, fat, vitamin, heavy metal and physical tests) and lab instrument maintenance.Be familiar with HPLC operations.Have a good awareness and practice of good laboratory practice.GC, AA or ICP and UPLC operation experience is highly preferred.?l Language Skills：Fluent in oral and written English.?l Computer Skills: Fundamental computer application skills ?l Mobility: ??????
