生化與細(xì)胞所陳玲玲組招聘副研究員、博士后中國科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所陳玲玲研究組主要從事長非編碼RNA對基因表達(dá)調(diào)控和干細(xì)胞命運決定的分子機制研究。現(xiàn)因研究需要擬招聘副研究員、博士后各一名。陳玲玲研究組最近利用分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)和計算生物學(xué)等方法，發(fā)現(xiàn)多種新型非編碼RNA，并揭示它們在人源胚胎干細(xì)胞／腫瘤細(xì)胞中的功能作用(Yang et al., Genome Biol, 2011; Yin et al., Mol Cell, 2012; Zhang et al., Mol Cell, 2013; Xiang et al., Cell Res, 2014; Zhang et al., Cell, 2014; Yin et al., Nucleic Acids Res, 2014; Chen et al., Cell Res, 2015)。在上述研究基礎(chǔ)上，研究組將以人源胚胎干細(xì)胞和腫瘤細(xì)胞為模型，進一步探索這些大分子核酸及其調(diào)控蛋白質(zhì)的重要功能機制。詳細(xì)情況介紹請參考網(wǎng)站：http://www.sibcb.ac.cn/PI.asp?id=138副研究員、博士后（各1名）應(yīng)聘者需具備以下基本條件：1.獲得細(xì)胞／分子生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位；2.具有獨立承擔(dān)課題研究的能力；3.第一作者身份在國際主流期刊上發(fā)表研究論文一篇以上； 4.具有國外研究經(jīng)歷和干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究背景者優(yōu)先考慮；5.熱愛科學(xué)研究，思維活躍，具有責(zé)任心以及團隊協(xié)作精神；6.身體健康，能長期穩(wěn)定工作。有意者請將個人簡歷，三封推薦信及相關(guān)材料Email至：yfxu01@sibs.ac.cn（郵件請注明“應(yīng)聘崗位"）。薪金待遇按照生化細(xì)胞所有關(guān)規(guī)定并從優(yōu)，具體情況面議。應(yīng)聘信息在職位滿額前一直有效，謝絕來電來訪。Research Associate Professor & Postdoctoral Position in Dr. Ling-Ling Chen’s LaboratoryOne Research Associate Professor and one Postdoctoral Position are available in Dr. Chen’s Laboratory at Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Shanghai Institutes for Biological Science, Chinese Academy of Science. Chen lab focuses on the identification of new RNA species and new modes of gene regulation in human cells. This group has recently discovered a number of new RNAs which play important roles in gene regulation (Yang et al., Genome Biol, 2011; Yin et al., Mol Cell, 2012; Zhang et al., Mol Cell, 2013; Xiang et al., Cell Res, 2014; Zhang et al., Cell, 2014; Yin et al., Nucleic Acids Res, 2014; Chen et al., Cell Res, 2015). Chen lab currently investigate the function of recently discovered new lncRNAs and their associated proteins by using human embryonic stem cells and cancer cells as models to gain insights into their regulatory roles in physiological and pathological conditions. The applicant must have a PhD degree, with advanced training in cellular and molecular biology or related areas. Applicants with high-quality publications and human stem cells culture/differentiation experience are preferred.
