崗位職責•Create a new and larger patient base for BJUR hospital by: oContact new customer base and promote the service programs of BJU hospital through professional channels and commercial channels. oFollow-up on client requests with administrative work.oProvide hospital tours for customers.oRelationship management with the existing and potential referring channels oCreate and maintain client database. •Direct marketing to clients on all hospital activities and products.•Source competitor information•Create PowerPoint presentations •Seek and initiate opportunities to extend the patient volume: academic events, business functions, compounds events etc.•Set-up strategic alliances with important partners within the medical industry.任職條件Qualifications:•Bachelor’s (University) Degree •At least three years of working experience in hospital or medical service area. •Medical Background is preferred. •Team player and able to work independent.•Result drivenSkills:•Computer skills: MS office, Windows, PowerPoint•Excellent English language skills, Mandarin a plus but not essentialKnowledge:•Easy in contacting people (at all levels in the customer organization and within the hospital).•Healthcare promotions•Good presentation and communication skills.•Positive attitude towards sales activities like: traveling, calling new customers, introducing BJU hospital services and membership program, accurate follow-up to each customer.•Team player and also able to work independently in setting up and completing tasks.職位概述Responsible for introducing service programs to professional channels, commercial channels, managing patient referral process.部門概述和睦家醫療集團是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫療機構，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫療服務.
