崗位職責• Assist patients with the registration process and book future appointments for patients 協助患者登記信息、為患者做預約服務• Settle patient accounts by processing invoices and collecting payments from patients為患者結賬、開發票• Coordinate with medical team or service related department to provide patient UFH standard service. 與醫療團隊或相關服務部門協調以向患者提供和睦家高水準服務• Provide a high level of customer service to patients by responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person. 對患者的來電來郵或親自登門咨詢提供高品質的客戶服務任職條件1. Associate college degree preferred;大專大專以上學歷者優先;2. Working experience in cashiering/reception/customer service preferred;有出納/接待/客戶服務工作經驗經驗者優先;3. Language skills in Chinese and English,Cantonese,verbal and non-verbal4. Communicating skill in interacting with patients5. Coordinating skill in dealing with problems6. Basic knowledge of Reception and Cashiering;7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;8. Basic understanding of customer service;9. Basic understanding of healthcare industry職位概述1. Ensure that the scheduling and registration process for the patient is completed accurately and efficiently保證準確無誤并高效地完成患者的預約和登記2.
