Take history and perform physical exams assessments and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department (including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentation). 對急診病人進行全面體檢和評估（包括緊急的，突發的，和非緊急的病人）3. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care.根據必要和適當的護理計劃執行診斷和治療措施。4. Define/document differential diagnoses and list differential diagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated. Document adequately for communication with future care givers and to allow appropriate billing.定義/記錄診斷的細微差異,并列表鑒別診斷與最可能的診斷結果。要完整充分進行病例記錄保證與下一位服務者的溝通，合理開賬單。5. Assist in billing and coding functions.協助計費和編碼信息。6. Participate in education and training including medical and nursing staff.參與醫療和護理人員的教育和培訓。7.Participate in hospital administrative functions as appropriate including membership on at least one committee.至少作為一個委員會的成員參加醫院行政職能。8. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in ER美國急診醫學委員會認證 （或等同）OR 或 Chinese physician practice license 中國醫師資格證及執業證2. Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.從正規醫學院校獲得的醫學學位(或同等學位)。3. Completion of residency training in ER at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer在醫院完成急診住院醫師培訓，培訓項目需得到部門主任和首席醫療官的任可。4. Minimum 5 years experience post-residency in the clinical arena preferred優先考慮：完成住院醫培訓后具有至少5年臨床經驗。
