崗位職責1. Responsible for standardized setup, design and implementation of the organizational unit, Business unit and account objects for the healthcare services division, within our corporate financial system-Oracle Enterprise one.2. Responsible for working with the healthcare services finance team to design and produce all solutions for necessary financial reporting requirements. This will entail a knowledge of Oracle SQL statements and production ( Structured Query Language)3. Responsible for managing the chart of account and account mapping of healthcare services’ current hospital information system to EnterpriseOne and the movement of healthcare services division to the standard Chindex chart of accounts. At a later date-within approximately 4-6 months4. Insure Enterprise One system A/R, A/P, Inventory and Fixed Assets sub-ledger consistency with the G/L Balances for the healthcare services division5. Responsible for healthcare services financial data integrity and monitoring. This will require reporting to the supervisor’s attention any irregular transactions and making sure the date interfaces are accurate and monthly transaction details are correct usually in the form of written and reproducible audit documentation6. Provide technical supporting to hospital accounting and finance teams and coordinate with IT/Business department for system implementation and system training7. Periodically review with managers for healthcare services business and procedure changes that might affect or enhance business performance or efficiencies8. Work with ITS for E1-Ipm Project and on ongoing operation of the accounting system9. Make sure that the standard monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports and pivot tables for the healthcare services divisions are produced and distributed on time10. Manage Enterprise One finance module for the healthcare services division to ensurecompliance with local statutory reporting, taxation, and legal requirements and consolidated report requirement任職條件1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance field preferred. Computer or technical related field acceptable with an acceptable level of financial or accounting experience.2. At least 2-4 years’ strong accounting experience. Experience in healthcare related fields a plus.3. Strong experience in developing and managing ERP systems, preferable PeopleSoft Enterprise One, JD Edwards One World or Oracle Financials4. Good command of English both written and spoken5. Work under pressure and good team player職位概述Located in Jin Rong Jie Clinic部門概述United Family Hospitals & Clinics is a pioneering, international standard healthcare organization in China, our sole mission is to provide comprehensive, integrated healthcare services in a uniquely warm and caring patient and family service-oriented environment.
