崗位職責1.Patient care2.Take history and perform physical exams assessments and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department (including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentation).3.Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care.4.Define/document differential diagnoses and list differential diagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated. Document adequately for communication with future care givers and to allow appropriate billing.5.Assist in billing and coding functions.6.Participate in education and training including medical and nursing staff.7.Participate in hospital administrative functions as appropriate including membership on at least one committee.8.Participate in community events coordinated by Tianjin United Family Hospital.9. Follow bylaws and policy and procedure of Beijing United Family Hospital.任職條件1. Has the necessary skills and experience to examine, diagnose, and treat illnesses and injuries in the acute care setting for both the adult and pediatric population. 2. Provides immediate diagnosis and resuscitation care for life-threatening conditions, and directs the provision of such care in the prehospital setting as that is possible. 3. Provides diagnosis and care on the basis of medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.4. Provides supportive care to patients with serious medical and surgical conditions until the care of that patient can be assumed by the appropriate specialist for that condition. 5. Provides definitive or interim care for conditions that, while not life-threatening, cause discomfort or risk of worsening or can be taken care of in that visit. 6. Has the experience and training to justify medical staff certification in the standard emergency department procedures.7. The staff member MUST hold a medical degree from an internationally recognized medical institution. 8. The staff member should ideally hold specialist Emergency Medicine Qualifications, but if this is not the case, at least five (5) years of Emergency Medicine experience at internationally recognized and accredited institutions.9. The staff member should be registered in his or her home country and should also possess licensing with the Tianjin Medical Board.10. The staff member should possess a knowledge base equivalent to an internationally accredited Emergency Physician.職位概述Provision of medical care in the capacity of an Emergency Physician部門概述和睦家醫療集團是中國境內第一家按國際標準設立、診療技術領先的綜合性醫療機構，我們的宗旨是：在家庭般溫馨舒適的就診環境里，為患者提供獨特的、全方位的醫療服務.
