職位描述主要從事用ICP-MS和ICP-OES進(jìn)行樣品的元素分析工作。具有在藥廠從事分析檢測工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的求職者優(yōu)先考慮。A mineral scientist performs mineral testing utilizing ICP-MS, ICP-OES and elemental analysis instruments. Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in ICP-MS, ICP-OES and other elemental analysis instruments. Plan and execute laboratory experiments, technical activities, and professional services, coordinating all necessary resources. Comply with cGMP regulations, FDA and ICH guidelines. Good comprehension of USP, EP and other compendial methods and procedures is also necessary. Will execute method development and method validation activities within a cGMP environment. Maintain and write laboratory reports. Responsible for ordering chemicals, standards, lab supplies, etc., in order to get the work done on time. Ensure that all instruments, used in their areas, are in good working conditions and that calibrations and maintenance records are up to date. Provide technical support in the maintenance of lab systems and instrumentation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines. Successful candidates must be proactive and creative, well organized, willing to work both independently and as a team player, and have excellent communication skills. Requires a B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry or a related field and minimum 2+ year of experience in using ICP-MS, ICP-OES and other elemental analysis instruments. 工作職責(zé)：1、熟練使用ICP-MS， ICP-OES和其他元素分析儀器進(jìn)行各類樣品分析，及樣品前處理。2、能夠很好的理解藥典（USP、EP）和其他方法和程序，在cGMP，F(xiàn)DA，ICH的相關(guān)法規(guī)下遵循藥典和其他方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)操作，方法開發(fā)和驗(yàn)證。3、負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)的規(guī)劃和操作，根據(jù)需要及時(shí)購買所需耗材，按時(shí)和高質(zhì)量的完成檢測任務(wù)并撰寫實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告。4. 保證儀器的正常運(yùn)行，為配合儀器校驗(yàn)部門和QA部門的工作，提供相關(guān)的技術(shù)支持。任職資格：化學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的B.S.或M.S. ，有至少2年以上ICP-MS，ICP-OES的理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有良好的解決問題和溝通能力。具有管理多個(gè)項(xiàng)目的能力，有較強(qiáng)的主觀能動性和創(chuàng)造性，能獨(dú)立和按時(shí)完成工作，同時(shí)具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
