
National Market Access manager/市場準入經理

Develop and deploy market access strategy, to ensure strategy are well implemented
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作職責 :
1.Proactively identify opportunities for Chemway to pursue favorable government policies and effectively support to address policy issues focus on reimbursement, price; support tendering and registration by corporation with related departments
2.Proactively engage in policy and market access strategy development and lead implementation to influence diplomatic, legislative, agency, and NGO actions which integrates with short and long-term market access objectives in China
3.Identify and coordinate teams to develop and successfully implement cooperation projects/action plans by working with relevant business units and corporate personnel and when appropriate, with outside allies, and coalitions in China.
4.Stay apprised of business goals and strategies in order to assess impact from legislative, executive, regulatory and NGO activities .
5.Review and analyze legislative and executive branch/regulatory activities in consultation with appropriate Bus and related department to assess the level of impact to the company.
Education& Qualifications教育與專業資格:
1.At least bachelor degree; preferred from health care related majors or economics.
2.Proven contact network, involvement and success in influencing the development of legislation and strong knowledge of the processes.
3.Proficiency in strategy, policy development, action plans and tactical steps.
4.Good analytical, writing, and influencing skills to develop and convey strategies, policies and action plans.
5.Language Skills:Good presentation / communication skills
Experience工作經驗:
1.At least total 5 years working experience and 2 years in senior position of government affairs or market access in the medical device, or pharmaceutical / health care industry is strongly desired.
2.Experience in exposure to both central government and local government highly appreciated
3.Experience working in matrix teams with track record of creative problem solving and decision influencing
